The Process Flow & Duration Estimation

After receiving the order, we estimate the delivery time according to material preparation, production and quality inspection.

Step 1 : Design & Development(3-5 days)

Creation of product specifications and drawings based on customer requirements.

Step 2 : Injection molding (3-5 days)

We will build a new molding and test the molding several times before mass production for the new design. For the existing designs, we will double-check the health of the molding before they are put into production.

Step 3 : Material Preparation (3-5 days)

Sourcing and purchasing of raw materials needed for production.

Step 4 : Mass Production (3 days)

Determining the optimal production process, workflow, and make the water purification products.

Step 5 : Quality Control (1-2 days)

Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

Step 6 : Packaging (1 days)

Packaging is a very important part of the process, we will do the packaging based on international transport standard.

Step 7 : International Shipping

We have rich experiences in international shipping including air freight, ocean freight, full container load, and less-than-container load.
